Motor Driving Radiator includes jacket water radiator, LT rad. oil cooler, motor and fan, motor and radiator frame.

Heat Transfer.

Input the basic data（such as engine data, wind tunnel data and fan data ）to KULI software and calculate the heat dispersion data.

Motor.

Based on fan speed and consumed power to find out motor speed and power; select IP and isolation level based on the requirement of environment and temperature.

Reliability Analysis.

Conduct ANSYS analysis on the basis of core vibration data, fan FEA data and thermal shock data.
